Job summary

Monford Group is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead technical delivery across EPC projects, including high‑voltage substations and utility‑scale PV/BESS. You will coordinate electrical, mechanical and civil disciplines and drive design, procurement and commissioning from concept to handover.

We value candidates with 10+ years in leadership roles within EPC/renewable energy projects, Chartered status, and strong proficiency in power systems analysis and HV design tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall technical leadership across EPC projects lifecycle.
• Lead a multidiscipline engineering team and apply flexible solutions.
• Coordinate electrical, mechanical and civil disciplines, including controls, protection and SCADA interfaces.
• Deliver HV design for substations up to 330 kV and grid-connected PV/BESS assets.
• Support tendering, bid evaluation, procurement and delivery strategy.
