Job summary
Monford Group is seeking an Engineering Manager to provide overall technical leadership across the full lifecycle of EPC projects, including high‑voltage substations, utility-scale solar (PV) and BESS. Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in a leadership role managing complex EPC, construction or renewable energy projects.
- Experience in utility-scale solar (PV) and battery energy storage systems (BESS) design and delivery.
- Proven ability to coordinate electrical, mechanical and civil disciplines across full project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Provide overall technical leadership and engineering management across EPC project lifecycles.
- Oversee HV design and delivery up to 330 kV and integration with SCADA and protection schemes.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and client/contractor/stakeholder engagement.
- Support tender design, technical bid evaluation and procurement activities.
