Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment is partnering with a national EPC contractor delivering wind farms, BESS, hybrid microgrids, HV substations and integrated generation projects across Australia. They seek an HV Design Manager to lead design delivery across multiple concurrent projects from Sydney.

You will oversee design strategy and governance, allocate resources, and act as the key technical interface between engineering, construction and clients.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HV design experience in mining, utility, resources or renewables.
• Degree-qualified Electrical Engineer.
• Extensive HV infrastructure experience (33kV–132kV+).
• Experience delivering EPC project lifecycles.

Salary: $180k + super + paid overtime

Proejct Value: $40m–$220m.

Design & Build Recruitment are partnering with a national EPC contractor delivering wind farms, BESS, hybrid microgrids, HV substations and integrated generation projects across Australia.

Due to continued growth and larger, more complex project awards, they are seeking a HV Design Manager to lead design delivery across multiple concurrent projects.

As the Design Manager, you will:

• Oversee design strategy and engineering governance across HV and renewable projects
• Allocate resources across multiple disciplines to meet schedule and budget
• Act as the primary technical interface between engineering, construction and clients
• Drive consistency across design standards, processes and risk management
