Job summary

Consolidated Power Projects Australia is seeking a Design Manager to lead the engineering delivery of high-voltage energy infrastructure projects. You will guide multidisciplinary design teams across HV, renewables, and transmission projects, ensuring integrated, compliant and efficient designs from concept to energisation.

With a Chartered Engineer status and significant HV experience, you will work within CPP's EPC model, coordinating with management and stakeholders to resolve challenges and

Qualifications

• Degree qualifications in electrical engineering and Chartered Professional Engineer status.
• Significant experience in High Voltage engineering design within utilities or renewables.
• Track record in large, multi-discipline projects; strong understanding of transmission grid and renewable energy connections.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering delivery of complex, high-profile energy infrastructure projects from concept through energisation.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts across primary & secondary design, overhead lines, civil and structural disciplines to ensure integrated designs.
• Provide technical leadership, resolve challenges and ensure designs meet client and industry requirements.
• Work closely with engineering management and external stakeholders to maintain consistency and quality.
