Job summary

Aspire Hospitality Group Pty Ltd is seeking an Engineering Manager to plan, organise and direct the engineering and technical operations across three venues, accommodations, and group technology systems in Albany. You will lead maintenance, capital projects and energy efficiency programs while ensuring WHS and compliance.

You will manage asset lifecycles, coordinate with contractors and internal teams, and report performance to the executive team.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, building services or similar) or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of engineering experience, including 2 years in a management role.
• Experience with building services, contractors and capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct engineering, maintenance and technical operations across venues and accommodation.
• Set engineering standards, budgets, schedules and manage staff and contractors.
• Oversee building services: HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing and kitchen equipment.
