Job summary

Darling Downs Health is seeking an Engagement Officer to lead stakeholder engagement, change management and communications during major transformation projects. You’ll build trusted relationships, design engagement activities and monitor outcomes to improve how change is experienced across the organisation.

You’ll partner with project teams, travel as required and bring strong facilitation and communication skills to diverse audiences across staff, patients and communities.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering stakeholder engagement, change management or communication initiatives.
• Strong written, verbal and facilitation skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to build partnerships, influence outcomes and manage competing priorities.
• A current C Class driver’s licence and willingness to travel as required.
• Qualifications in change management, communications, project management or community engagement are advantageous.

Responsibilities
