Job summary

Darling Downs Health in the Toowoomba region seeks an ICT Support Officer to help create seamless technology experiences for healthcare teams. You’ll support critical systems, devices and networks while collaborating to improve digital services across the organisation.

The role requires problem-solving, clear communication, a current C Class driver’s licence, and willingness to travel. Experience with Power Platform or SharePoint and digital-improvement projects is a bonus.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting ICT systems, applications, devices or network environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance priorities in a busy setting.
  • Clear communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • A current C Class driver’s licence and willingness to travel when required.
  • Experience with Power Platform, SharePoint or digital improvement initiatives.
