Job summary

Darling Downs Health is seeking a Coordinator Operational Services to lead frontline support teams, ensuring safe, reliable and high-quality services for patients, visitors and staff across the region.

You will coordinate workforce resources, rostering and daily priorities, coach teams, drive service improvements and help create a positive, patient-centered environment that supports healthcare teams to do their best work.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or coordinating operational, hospitality, environmental or support service teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and resolve issues.
• Sound organisational skills, including workforce coordination, rostering and service planning.
• Food safety supervision knowledge or qualifications is a plus.
• Experience in healthcare, rural or community-focused environments is preferred.
