Job summary

Darling Downs Health is seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to provide practical HR guidance and support across the organisation. You will partner with leaders to resolve workforce challenges, build trust, and strengthen workplace relationships while delivering high-quality people solutions.

You will contribute to initiatives that improve people management practices and employee experience, using sound judgement and a solutions-focused mindset to support organisational goals.

Qualifications

• Experience providing HR advice in a complex service environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a solutions-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Qualifications in Human Resources, Management or a related field and/or experience in industrial relations or payroll environments are advantageous.
