Job summary

EWOV is seeking an Industry Engagement Specialist to join the External Affairs team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will lead member engagement initiatives, onboard new members and act as a trusted contact for industry stakeholders across the energy and water sectors.

In this role you will use data and insights to identify trends, support systemic issue investigations and develop practical resources that help organisations engage effectively with EWOV and navigate its membership framework

Qualifications

• Experience in energy or water sector or external dispute resolution.
• Experience building and managing relationships with external stakeholders in complex environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience developing reports, presentations, briefing papers or stakeholder-facing resources.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate information into practical insights.
• Sound judgement, initiative and ability to work autonomously.
• A collaborative approach and ability to quickly build credibility and trust.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with EWOV members and industry stakeholders.
• Use data and insights to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support systemic issue investigations and reporting.
• Develop reports, presentations, guidance materials and member resources.
• Contribute to projects, process improvements and member engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate member meetings and engagement initiatives.
• Support new members through onboarding and help them understand EWOV's role, framework, processes and requirements.
• Respond to member enquiries and provide practical guidance and support.
