Job summary

Energy and Water Ombudsman (Victoria) (EWOV) is seeking a stakeholder-focused professional to support member engagement and onboarding across Victoria's energy and water sectors. You’ll help deliver EWOV’s member engagement strategy, work with industry stakeholders, and translate insights into practical actions.

You’ll be at the heart of EWOV’s relationships with members, guiding enquiries, developing resources, and contributing to systemic issues work to improve outcomes for consumers.

Qualifications

• Experience in energy or water sector or external dispute resolution.
• Proven ability to build and manage external stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience creating reports, presentations or briefing papers.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability translate data into insights.
• Autonomous with a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain EWOV member and stakeholder relationships.
• Identify trends and opportunities from data and insights.
• Support systemic issue investigations and reporting.
• Develop reports, presentations and member resources.
• Contribute to projects and process improvements.
• Coordinate member meetings and engagement initiatives.
• Assist onboarding and explain EWOV's role and processes.
• Respond to member enquiries with practical guidance.
