Job summary

Sharp & Carter is seeking an experienced Trainer to join a large-scale technology transformation program, developing clear learning resources to support the implementation of new operational systems and ways of working.

You will translate complex technical information into practical training materials, work instructions and guides, collaborating with technical SMEs, business analysts and developers to ensure accessibility and readability across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

Experience creating training content and documentation for complex software systems.
Ability to interpret technical documentation, user stories and SME input.
Demonstrated understanding of instructional design and adult learning.
Experience producing work instructions, user guides and process docs.
Excellent written communication, tailoring content for diverse audiences.
Strong MS Word and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with Azure DevOps/Confluence.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain training materials, user guides and work instructions.
Translate complex information into clear, practical learning resources.
Collaborate with SMEs, developers, analysts and change professionals.
Apply instructional design to create effective content for varying technical levels.
Prepare content for face-to-face, online, and self-service delivery.
Support train-the-trainer activities and post-go-live education.
Maintain documentation across sprints and product increments.
Ensure resources meet accessibility and readability standards.
