Job summary

Red Energy Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Consultant to shape learning for a major CRM and billing platform. You’ll design, deliver and evolve training, lead change leadership, and partner with Change Managers to bridge tech and practical ways of working.

You will operate in a fast-paced, project-driven environment, traveling to offshore contact centres and delivering persona-led learning that drives culture and capability across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering tech-platform training.
• Strong facilitation skills across diverse learning styles and cultures.
• Credible advisor able to engage senior leaders and partners.
• Senior L&D background with a focus on technology platforms.
• Willingness to travel to offshore contact centres for delivery.
• Certification and knowledge in workplace training and assessment.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver fit-for-purpose learning experiences for the new CRM and billing platform.
• Deliver creative, engaging training that shifts mindset and practice.
• Lead change leadership capability initiatives to support the transformation.
• Map learning models in evolving project scopes and ambiguous processes.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and pivot approaches based on data.
• Engage stakeholders early and challenge senior leaders on learning strategies.
