Lpe Management Pty is seeking a customer support adviser to be the first point of contact for energy customers on the Sunshine Coast. You’ll handle inquiries by phone and email, set up activations, and assist with billing questions and hardship support in a collaborative team.

You’ll work in a supportive, growth-focused environment with opportunities to develop product knowledge and customer experience skills while delivering calm and practical help to customers across channels.

Formación

• Demonstrated passion for customer service and helping customers.
• Clear verbal and written communication across channels.
• High attention to detail and accurate follow-through.
• Comfort with everyday software (Microsoft 365/Excel, CRM/portals).
• Flexibility to support multiple teams and tasks as needed.
• Nice to have: call-centre or utilities experience in energy or related sectors.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to general enquiries with empathy and efficiency via phone and email.
• Set up account activations and move-ins/move-outs; liaise with site stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot billing and usage questions with the Billing team.
• Arrange payment plans and manage early debt activity.
• Support customers experiencing hardship using established processes.
• Keep accurate notes and comply with applicable requirements; collaborate with the team.
