Amber Electric is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist in Melbourne, Australia, to join a remote-first team. You will educate customers about Amber’s battery and energy products, handle enquiries via email, phone and live chat, and work toward a high-quality, seamless customer experience.

You’ll engage with customers on billing, account changes and device support, while aligning with energy regulations and internal standards.

• Handle a steady volume of customer inquiries regarding billing, payments and account changes.
• Resolve queries and issues promptly while maintaining quality assurance standards.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Document issues and resolutions clearly for internal teams.
• Provide guidance on best practices for battery usage and energy optimization.
• Escalate complex device issues to technical teams as needed.
