You've got a solid background in building and construction and you've certainly done your time on the tools.

A list of targeted people for you to call who are interested in getting a pool installed on their property. Youll assist with the design then enroll them into a path to installing a high quality pool on their property they will enjoy for many years to come

Based out of display centers, this position presents flexible working hours and uncapped earning potential. We will provide industry specific training to compliment your natural sales ability.

You'll be provided with a new smartphone and laptop. All you'll need is your unrivalled sales drive, to be the most successful seller and earner amongst your peers.

You will also

Work closely with in-house Finance, Landscaping and Operations teams

Be pro-actively sourcing new leads and service existing clients

Be willing to work weekends and after hours when clients are available to see you

Participate in ongoing training and development

COMPENSATION:

This role comes with excellent opportunities to grow within our company as a result of your performance.

Monthly income potential for full-time work is $8K 20K+

If youre average you will earn 100K per year

If youre a superstar you will earn 170K - 250K per year

TASKS YOU'LL BE PERFORMING:

Visiting and helping families through the process of choosing and installing a high quality swimming pool product

Working with your sales manager to ensure the highest return possible on your time and effort with new pool enquiries

Management of a basic sales pipeline CRM: Each day you will update and manage CRM notes and call sheets.

To qualify for this job with our company, you must possess the following skills:

Great Communication Skills: You will be representing our company and sales team during your conversations with potential clients. A love for conversing with people as well as ease when talking on the phone is vital.

Great People Skills and Positive Mindset: In addition to a genuine enthusiasm for talking to people, persuasiveness and the ability to alleviate potential clients concerns will make interactions exciting and a positive outcome for all involved.

Coachable: You will learn and master your role by working with both our company's sales manager. An open mind and desire to improve will propel your performance forward.

Team Oriented: Our team thrives on close collaboration and good-natured competition. As part of the sales team, your positive working relationship with your team mates is essential more sales converted equals more income for you

Self-Starter: Because you will sometimes be working from home, it is essential that you be adept at time management and efficient handling of your own schedule.

Consultative telephone/in person sales experience is a must Full training will be provided and this position has an immediate start. If you do not have experience on your resume you will not be considered for the job.

A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a sales position

Preferably, experience in the building, homes, landscaping or operations industry

Familiarity with CRM practices

Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills

Prioritising, time management and organisational skills

Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
