You’ll work closely with our Site Supervisors, Mobile Plant Operators, Pool Installers, Labourers, Service Technicians and Subcontractors, making sure schedules stay on track and our customers receive a great experience from start to finish.

We’re looking for someone who is practical, organised and confident leading a team, but who also isn’t afraid to get involved and help work through issues when they come up.

Practical, organised and able to problem solve, make decisions and manage changing priorities in a busy environment

Confident handling difficult conversations and working through issues when they arise
