Job summary

Aquarius Pools in Mornington is seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor with pool site management experience to lead residential pool projects. You will work under the Construction Manager and ensure projects meet high standards.

The role focuses on on-site supervision, building custom pools, coordinating trades, and maintaining safety and quality across the site. Experience in pool construction and strong organisation are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Site Supervisor in the pool/construction industry.
• Pool industry experience is essential.
• Strong reading of site plans, datums, and elevations.
• Excellent communication and organisation.
• Must be physically fit and able to work on-site in Mornington.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of building custom-designed swimming pools on site.
• Ensure projects run on time and meet Aquarius Pools standards.
• Site set outs and pool plumbing installation duties.
• Use of power tools and ensure quality assurance and safety.
• Liaise with subcontractors, colleagues and clients.

Job description

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic hands-on supervisor with pool site management experience to join our growing team.

You will be working & supervising high-level residential projects with guidance from our Construction Manager. If you enjoy creating highly detailed projects in a positive team environment, you will love working here.

Duties Include but are not limited to:

• You will be actively involved in all aspects of building of custom designed swimming pools as part of comprehensive project works.
• Responsible for running & completing projects on time and to Aquarius Pools Standards.
• Site set outs
• All aspects of pool plumbing including equipment installation
• Use of power tools
• Responsible for Quality Assurance and Site Safety.
• Knowledge of permit process
• Customer service skills and communication

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Site Supervisor in the Construction Industry or similar role within the pool industry
• Pool industry experience is essential for this role
• General building/construction knowledge is essential (knowledge of datums, elevations, reading site plans etc.)
• Valid White Card
• High Safety Culture & strong organisational/project management skills
• Keen eye for detail, be quality driven & display a high standard of professionalism.
• Must be physically fit and in good health.

• Pool-specific trade qualifications are advantageous for this position
