Job summary

Summertime Pools, a leading fibreglass pool manufacturer and installer, is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant in Geelong. You will be customer-focused, driving sales from initial contact through to contract completion, site assessments, and installations, with weekend and after-hours visits as required.

• Experience in building and construction or pool industry is advantageous.
• Proven sales and negotiation ability.

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities.

Summertime Pools is a leading fibreglass swimming pool manufacturer and installer with office locations in Geelong, Dandenong South, Bendigo, Mornington, Echuca and Swan Hill. We build quality pools that exceed our customers’ expectations!

The position available is for a dynamic Sales Consultant who is extremely customer focused and has a proven track record of achieving results.

Key responsibilities for the position include:

• Facilitate client appointments to complete sales presentation, assess site and provide advice regarding pool location, models, options and permit requirements etc.
• Completion of client quotations and subsequent contracts
• Liaison with all relevant stake holders including internal customer service and construction to ensure a smooth process for the client from end to end
• Attendance at various industry consumer expos and events

Please note that due to the nature of the position, weekend and after-hours client visits are required.

Requirements for the position include:

• An understanding of building and construction or the pool industry would be an advantage
• Exceptional sales and negotiation skills
• High level organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft suite of products
• High level accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities
