Henry Schein Australia is seeking an enthusiastic sales-focused specialist for EdgeEndo, supporting clinicians across Australia and New Zealand. You will be the subject matter expert on endodontic solutions and work to build trusted relationships with customers by phone, delivering superior service and value.

You will engage with the wider sales team to grow the business, meet monthly targets, and leverage data-driven insights to uncover new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in the dental industry or Endodontics is valued.
• Phone-based sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident negotiator with a persuasive edge.
• Curiosity about data and sales trends in your customer group.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Be the trusted source of endodontic expertise for customers by phone.
• Build and grow relationships with customers across Australia and New Zealand.
• Collaborate with the wider sales team to drive capability and growth.
• Own monthly and annual sales targets for the endodontic portfolio.
• Use customer insights to identify new growth opportunities.
• Identify changes in purchasing and reconnect customers with Henry Schein solutions.
• Develop product knowledge and share it through training and support.
• Represent Henry Schein at industry events and study groups.
