Job summary

Parliament of NSW is seeking an End User Computing Analyst to deploy, administer and support endpoint technologies in a Sydney CBD setting. The role is hands-on and supports desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile devices for Members, staff and parliamentary departments.

The position is ongoing full-time in Sydney with a salary of AU$102,936–AU$113,579 per year, plus employer superannuation and annual leave loading. The department values collaboration and service.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying endpoint devices and providing user support.
• Experience with Windows-based environments and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Familiarity with imaging, SOE management, patching and endpoint security.
• Experience with asset management and equipment lifecycle practices.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, administer and support endpoint devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, mobiles).
• Support Windows-based environments and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Maintain device imaging, SOE management, patching and endpoint security.
• Provide high-quality user support in a decentralised, high-demand organisation.
