Job summary

Chandler Macleod is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Service Desk Analyst / End User Computing Engineer to join a high-performing technology team in Canberra, ACT. This role focuses on secure and modern workplace technology solutions, with hands-on activity in Intune, Entra ID and enterprise mobility.

You will work onsite with a minimum of four days per week in the office, supporting end users and enterprise IT services, while maintaining secure endpoint management and

Qualifications

Strong experience with Microsoft Intune including enrolment, compliance and endpoint security.
Experience with Microsoft Entra ID including conditional access and RBAC.
Experience managing Android devices in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

Design, configure and manage Android devices using Intune MDM.
Administer and support Microsoft Entra ID, including authentication policies and group management.
Manage Azure services supporting Intune and Entra ID.
Configure device protection and compliance policies for endpoints.
Troubleshoot endpoint security and device issues.
Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
Assist end users with incidents, requests and provisioning activities.
