Job summary

Australian Federal Police is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to support end users and manage endpoint services onsite in ACT. The role focuses on Mobile Device Management, Microsoft Intune, and Entra ID, ensuring secure, modern endpoint management and collaboration with AFP personnel.

The assignment requires Australian citizenship, ability to obtain Negative Vetting Level 1 clearance, and at least 4 onsite days for team meetings at AFP facilities in ACT.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Entra ID in enterprise environments.
• Five years in a similar role or more.
• NV1 security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Designing, configuring, and managing a fleet of Android devices using Microsoft Intune MDM.
• Administering Microsoft Entra ID, including conditional access and policy management.
• Managing Azure services underpinning Intune and Entra ID, and secure connectivity components.
• Configuring security baselines and application protection policies in Intune.
• Troubleshooting complex issues related to Intune, Entra ID, and endpoints.
• Documenting configurations and procedures per AFP governance.
