Job summary

Strategic Partners Australia in Canberra seeks an End User Computing Technical Officer - APS3 to support end users and manage a secure endpoint platform. You will design, configure, and manage devices using Microsoft Intune and Entra ID, ensuring endpoint security and governance across Windows and Android devices.

The role requires a minimum of five years' hands-on experience and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams within a Federal Government client environment.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years' hands-on experience with Intune and Entra environments.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and complex stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Support end users and resolve IT system issues.
• Design, configure and manage an Intune-based endpoint platform.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID including conditional access and device management.
• Record and maintain documentation per department policies and governance.
