Job summary

DFP Recruitment is seeking a Service Desk Analyst / End User Computing Engineer to support a Federal Government client in Canberra. Role focuses on Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Android devices and endpoint security across Windows and Linux.

You will design, configure and manage end-user computing environments, collaborate with technical teams, and ensure secure enterprise endpoint services are delivered and maintained.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in End User Computing, Endpoint Management or Service Desk environment.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune: enrolment, compliance, app deployment, MDM, endpoint security.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID: Conditional Access, identity protection, authentication methods.
• Experience managing Android devices and Windows/Linux endpoints.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or industry certifications.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and manage Android devices with Microsoft Intune.
• Administer and support Microsoft Entra ID, including Conditional Access and RBAC.
• Manage Azure services supporting Intune and Entra ID.
• Configure policies and security baselines within Intune.
• Manage endpoint security controls and device management policies.
• Troubleshoot complex issues involving Intune, Entra ID and devices.
• Provide support across Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Maintain technical documentation and procedures.
• Support the delivery and ongoing management of secure enterprise endpoint services.
