Job summary

IT Alliance Australia is sourcing an End User Computing Engineer for a Canberra-based role with a federal government client. The position focuses on mobile and endpoint management in a secure enterprise environment.

The right candidate will have hands-on experience with Intune, Entra ID, Android device management, and Windows/Linux endpoint administration to support device enrollment, security policies, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for enrolment, compliance, and deployment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, CA, identity protection, and RBAC.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting Android devices.
• Experience managing Windows and Linux endpoints.

Job description

One of our Federal Government clients is looking for End User Computing Engineer in Canberra. We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in Microsoft Intune administration, including device enrolment, compliance management, application deployment, MDM, endpoint security, and policy configuration.
• Strong experience in Microsoft Entra ID administration, including Conditional Access, Identity Protection, authentication methods, device identity, RBAC, and application integration.
• Experience in managing and supporting Android mobile devices, including device configuration, security, compliance, and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience supporting Windows and Linux operating systems, including configuration, administration, troubleshooting, and endpoint management.
