Job summary

IT Alliance is seeking an End User Computing Technical Officer to support a Federal Government client in Canberra. The role focuses on device management, security policies and identity infrastructure across Windows, Linux and mobile platforms.

The candidate will manage Intune enrollment, enforce compliance, deploy apps, configure MDM and security policies while supporting Entra ID authentication, Conditional Access and RBAC.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Intune administration including enrolment, compliance, app deployment, MDM and policy configuration.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID administration including Conditional Access, Identity Protection, authentication methods, device identity, RBAC and app integration.
• Experience managing Android devices with security, compliance and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux OS configuration, administration, troubleshooting and endpoint management.
