Geely Australia is seeking a proactive Company Vehicle Coordinator to manage the end-to-end fleet lifecycle, including allocation, handover, registration, insurance, servicing and de-fleet.

You will work with HR, Finance and external suppliers to ensure compliant and efficient vehicle operations across Australia. The role requires strong organisation and 2–4 years in fleet coordination.

Qualifications

• Approx. 2–4 years' experience in fleet coordination or automotive administration.
• Experience with vehicle disposal, de-fleet or auction processes is advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate day-to-day administration of the company's vehicle fleet including allocations and handover.
• Maintain an up-to-date vehicle register with allocation, insurance and servicing details.
• Coordinate registration, insurance, servicing, repairs and vehicle movements.
• Manage de-fleet, auction, disposal processes and related documentation.
• Prepare fleet reports and monitor deadlines for registrations and renewals.
