Dixon Appointments is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Officer to join its finance team in Melbourne. This hands-on role manages the end-to-end customer billing cycle, ensuring invoices are accurate and submitted on time, with supporting documentation in place.

You will work with the Finance Manager, Site Accountant and operations to connect daily terminal activities with accurate financial reporting. A degree in accounting or finance is advantageous, with strong Excel skills essential.

Qualificações

• Experience in billing, AR or accounts administration.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end billing processes.
• Strong Excel and data accuracy focus.
• Experience with Oracle or similar finance system is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end billing across labour, equipment, storage and services.
• Prepare and maintain supporting billing documentation.
• Review billing information for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate approvals to ensure timely invoice submission.
• Maintain billing registers and auditable trails.
• Assist month-end processes including accruals and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with operations, finance and commercial teams.
