Job summary

DSV is seeking a Business Support Specialist at Melbourne Airport to drive accurate billing, financial performance and reporting across operations, finance and customer service. You will analyse data, maintain pricing and master data, and support month-end processes to ensure timely and precise financial outcomes.

You will collaborate with Operations, Finance and Customer Service to resolve billing queries, improve processes and deliver measurable efficiency across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in Contract Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, Billing or a similar business support role.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Excel and systems experience, ideally within WMS or ERP platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer billing and invoicing processes.
• Analyse operational and warehouse data to ensure accurate customer charging and revenue recognition.
• Monitor unbilled transactions and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Prepare financial and operational reports that support business decisions.
• Review customer, contract, and site performance through GP, EBIT and P&L analysis.
• Partner with internal teams and customers to resolve billing queries and enhance service delivery.
• Support month-end activities, including accruals, reconciliations and journal adjustments.
• Maintain customer master data, contract updates and pricing reviews.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Support compliance, governance and audit requirements.
