Qualifications

Our 5 storey, 86 room hotel sits within the iconic Mingara Recreation Club precinct. The hotel provides guests to the Central Coast with a contemporary hotel stay in a laid-back setting, enhanced by the colour and excitement of an array of dining, bars, events, lifestyle, and entertainment experiences.

Your energy, enthusiasm and attention to even the smallest detail will be valued within our housekeeping team whose focus is to:

• Clean guestrooms and public areas ensuring standards of cleanliness and guest comfort are maintained and presented to make our guest feel safe and comfortable
• Ensure rooms are prepared in accordance with guest requirements
• Create memorable moments with guests of the hotel and look after their needs and comfort at all times
• Ensure daily operations including housekeeping and maintenance standards are GREAT
• Assist the reception team with preparing for guest arrival and allocation of rooms

What success looks like

Our successful team will:

• Have experience working in a similar position, preferably within a hotel environment or similar
• Have exceptional customer service skills, a bright and bubbly personality is a must
• Have excellent personal presentation
• Be energetic and motivated to work at pace whilst maintaining attention to detail
