Job summary

Mingara Recreation Club is seeking passionate Chefs to join our dynamic kitchen team at Mingara. You’ll deliver exceptional dining experiences to members and guests across a range of food offerings in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

You’ll thrive on creativity, have solid cooking skills, and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene. We offer opportunities for growth, autonomy, and a seven-day schedule with a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Solid cooking skills and experience in a busy kitchen.
• High standards in food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a desire to keep learning.
• Flexibility to work a mix of shifts across nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• A Cert III in Commercial Cookery or other relevant qualifications and RSA/RCG certificates are highly regarded.
