Qualifications

• Experience in employment services, community services, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills essential.
• Ability to work with diverse participants, including those with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with participants to set employment goals and action plans.
• Build relationships with local employers to create job opportunities.
• Match participants' strengths to suitable roles and coordinate support services as needed.
• Support participants before and after placement to ensure sustainable employment.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with program requirements.
• Manage your caseload and follow-ups to keep momentum.
