IMPACT Community Services, Hervey Bay, Queensland, invites applications for an Employment Services Manager. This leadership role oversees strategic direction and operational delivery across multiple Wide Bay locations, driving Workforce Australia services and client-focused outcomes.

You will lead teams, manage KPIs and budgets, and collaborate with government bodies and community partners to ensure high standards and contract compliance.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an Employment Services Manager in the Fraser Coast region. This is a leadership role with a mix of strategic direction and oversight of operational delivery by teams in multiple locations across the Wide Bay region.
