Mylestones is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead a disability employment team in Townsville and surrounding areas. You will coach, mentor and drive high-quality, client-focused service while building strong relationships with employers and community partners.

Relocation assistance is available for the successful candidate, and you will engage in workforce development, KPI monitoring, and stakeholder coordination to deliver meaningful outcomes for people with disabilities.

Qualificações

• Experience recruiting, job matching, and working with people with disabilities.
• Experience in staff performance management: setting & monitoring KPIs, coaching, performance reviews.
• Ability to negotiate with key stakeholders and resolve complex problems.
• Strong customer service mindset and people-focused approach.
• Commitment to collaborative teamwork to deliver great outcomes.
• Excellent listening and respectful communication skills, with compliance to Blue Card & NDIS checks.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, community organisations, and other stakeholders.
• Represent the organisation at industry events, forums, and networks.
