IMPACT Community Services Limited invites applications for an Employment Services Manager in the Fraser Coast region. This leadership role combines strategic direction with operational oversight across multiple sites within the Wide Bay area.

You will drive Workforce Australia service delivery, lead teams, and ensure KPIs, budgets and governance standards are met while fostering strong stakeholder relationships and contract compliance.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge and experience of Employment Services programs.
• Proven leadership and people management experience.
• Strong KPI and performance management capability.
• Knowledge and experience in managing contracts and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Drive the planning and delivery of Workforce Australia services to clients in various locations.
• Lead, coach and develop teams to provide client focused service within the local labour market.
• Set, monitor and drive the achievement of KPIs and financial outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders such as government departments and community groups.
• Ensure governance standards are maintained and contract compliance is achieved across all service areas.
