You will lead teams, manage KPIs and budgets, and collaborate with government bodies and community partners to ensure high standards and contract compliance.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge and experience of Employment Services programs.
• Proven leadership and people management experience.
• Strong KPI and performance management capability.
• Knowledge and experience in managing contracts and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Drive the planning and delivery of Workforce Australia services to clients in various locations.
• Lead, coach and develop teams to provide a client focused service within the local labour market.
• Set, monitor and drive the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders such as government departments and community groups.
• Ensure governance standards are maintained and contract compliance is achieved across all service areas.
