Job summary

Civic Disability Services is seeking an Employment Pathways Leader to lead our Employment Pathways program and mentor the team in supporting people with disability to develop workplace skills, confidence and independence.

You will collaborate with Work Skills Coaches, drive learning opportunities, promote workplace participation, and help individuals achieve meaningful employment outcomes in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or higher qualification in a relevant field, or a minimum of 2 years' experience in a related sector, or currently working towards a qualification.
• Experience leading, coaching or supporting frontline teams (or demonstrated capability).
• Experience working within disability services, employment services, community services, education, training, social work or a related field.
• Commitment to person-centred practice and supporting people to achieve goals, build independence and maximise workplace participation.
• Demonstrated understanding of NDIS operational requirements, funding, rostering and service delivery.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check and National Police Check, or willingness to obtain.
