The Personnel Group is seeking a Career Mentor to support people with disability under the NDIS Employment Supports program. This casual, in-office and community-based role is based in Deception Bay, with travel across the region.

You will guide individuals from learning to earning through strengths-based mentoring, helping build confidence, skills, and pathways to employment. Applicants should have a Cert IV or higher in relevant fields and 2–3 years’ experience in employment support or

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in employment support or mentoring.
• Understanding of inclusive employment and NDIS processes.
• Compliance-ready: NDIS Worker Clearance, Police Check, Working with Children Check

Responsibilities

• Facilitate goal-setting and self-discovery sessions
• Co-create visual career plans with customers
• Deliver tailored learning experiences to build employment skills
• Connect customers with training, work experience, and job opportunities
• Provide ongoing mentoring and celebrate progress
