Job summary

Reclink Australia is seeking a project coordinator for the Bribie Island Building Employment Pathways program. You will manage project marketing and administration, participant recruitment and retention, stakeholder engagement, scheduling and milestone reporting.

You will deliver employability skills sessions with industry partners, provide confidential tailored support to help participants identify barriers, strengths and goals, and build relationships with employers to open sustainable work

Qualifications

• Diploma level qualification or higher in HRM, Employment Services or Community Services, or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to run small group sessions.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with diverse communities.
• Digital literacy across MS Office, data management and social media.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for the Bribie Island program including marketing, admin, recruitment and reporting.
• Facilitate employability skills sessions with industry partners in small groups.
• Provide tailored, confidential support to identify barriers, strengths and goals.
