Job summary

Reclink Australia seeks a Conservation and Ecosystem Management Supervisor based on Bribie Island. You will supervise a team of up to 11 full-time trainees undertaking a Certificate 1 in Conservation and Ecosystem Management, delivering hands-on projects and ensuring safety and best practice.

You'll mentor trainees, coordinate with the Skills and Pathways Coordinator, engage with industry and employers, and report on progress to meet employment and education outcomes under SQW funding.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Conservation and Ecosystem Management (including White Card).
• First Aid and CPR certificate.
• Ability to mentor and supervise people facing barriers to work.
• Strong local employer connections.
• Ability to work to deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise up to 11 trainees on community projects.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.
• Monitor attendance, performance and address workplace issues per policy.
• Engage with industry representatives to create employment pathways.
• Coordinate with the Skills and Pathways Coordinator to support trainee progress.
