Job summary

VERTO is seeking an Employment Consultant in Grafton for a part-time position (2 days per week). You will support job seekers, identify opportunities, and collaborate with employers to place participants into sustainable employment.

The role offers training, progression opportunities, salary packaging up to $18,550, five weeks of annual leave, and a supportive not-for-profit environment. You will help transform lives within VERTO’s community focus.

• Experience in customer service or employment services is desirable.

Part-time (2 days/wk) Employment Consultant based in Grafton

• Providing coaching, guidance and practical job search support to participants
• Assisting participants to overcome barriers to employment
• Building strong relationships with local stakeholders
• Maintaining accurate records and achieving job placement and outcome targets
• Celebrating successful employment outcomes
