Job summary

VERTO is seeking a part-time Employment Support professional based in Lismore to empower people with disabilities to secure meaningful work. You will provide tailored, strength-based support, assist with resumes and applications, and help participants progress toward sustainable employment. Travel to regional sites is required.

We offer salary packaging, five weeks annual leave, and access to formal qualifications, alongside training programs and an Employee Assistance Program.

• Cert III in Employment, Community, or Disability Services (or willing to obtain).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Part-time (3 days) position - Based at Lismore
