Job summary

VERTO in Shailer Park is seeking a part-time Employment Support Officer to help participants move into sustainable work. You will promote job opportunities, build employer networks, and provide tailored, person-centred coaching.

You will assist with resumes and interviews, maintain records for program compliance, and work with a team to meet placement targets. Flexibility, strong customer service, and a current driver’s license are essential.

Qualifications

• Cert III in Employment, Community, or Disability Services (or willing to obtain).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Team player with good time management.
• Target-driven and adaptable.
• Excellent administration skills.
• Current driver’s licence and local travel required.
