Zusammenfassung

Team Super Pty is seeking a Senior Consultant, Employer Experience to advance employer experience priorities from planning to implementation. The role coordinates work across teams to deliver practical outcomes for employers, track progress and manage risks while driving process improvements.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Data, Operations and Technology, gathering insights to shape changes and ensure adoption of new processes. Strong communication and project ownership are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of Fund administration, employer servicing, superannuation processes and regulatory obligations (desirable).
• Qualifications in business, marketing, project management or related discipline, or equivalent industry experience (desirable).
• RG146 accreditation, or commitment to become accredited within six months if required (desirable).

Aufgaben

• Translate priorities into actionable plans, deliverables and implementation roadmaps.
• Coordinate Employer Experience initiatives from planning through to handover.
• Develop practical plans, requirements, timelines and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate stakeholder input, testing, implementation and handover where required.
• Track progress, risks, dependencies and decisions, escalating issues when required.
• Follow actions through to completion and provide clear status updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve the employer experience and supporting processes.
• Document current processes, issues and employer pain points; work with teams to design improvements.
• Gather feedback and available insights to assess changes.
• Build effective working relationships with Marketing, Data, Operations, Technology and other teams.
