Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service or administrative support role.
• Exceptional computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and POS systems; Retail Express is a plus.
• Outstanding communication skills with empathy and respect.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise in a dynamic environment.
• A current driver's licence and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Customer Care & Sales Support: greet visitors, assess needs, provide information and quotes, ensure satisfaction from enquiry to delivery.
• POS & Administration: oversee POS system, process invoices/receipts, manage delivery paperwork, keep schedules up to date.
• Team Coordination: act as central point of contact, assist with meetings, maintain office procedures.
• Compliance & Confidentiality: manage sensitive records and WHS compliance; uphold policies.
