Job summary

CSR is seeking an ambitious project professional ready to advance from coordination into a full Project Manager role in NSW, reporting to the GM Innovation & Solutions Development. You will coordinate and deliver Customer Solutions projects and workstreams, keeping initiatives on track and engaging stakeholders across functions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience supporting projects, programs or cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience maintaining project plans, risks, issues, budgets and reporting.
• Exposure to governance frameworks and stakeholder management.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Confident working with stakeholders across functions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills and project collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones and delivery schedules.
• Monitor scope, budget, timelines, risks and outcomes.
• Coordinate governance, reporting and decision forums.
• Manage risks, issues, actions and dependencies across workstreams.
• Support business cases, benefits tracking and project financials.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement across business functions.
• Coordinate change, communication and adoption activities.
• Manage smaller initiatives with increasing autonomy.
• Maintain project documentation and governance records.
