Job summary

CSR is seeking an experienced Solutions Innovation Manager to identify, adapt and integrate innovative products into CSR's building solutions portfolio. You will drive growth, expand market offerings across Australia and New Zealand, and lead cross-functional collaborations to convert market opportunities into commercially successful solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Materials Science or related discipline.
• 5+ years’ experience in building products, building systems, innovation, product management or portfolio development.
• Proven track record delivering commercially viable product or system development initiatives.
• Strong understanding of building products, applications, Australian testing requirements, compliance and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification, evaluation, and integration of innovative building products and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and portfolio gaps.
• Manage a pipeline of product/system integration projects through a staged process.
• Ensure products meet local and international standards with technical/compliance teams.
• Develop value propositions communicating product performance, sustainability, and customer benefits.
• Analyse market trends and competitor offerings to drive product decisions.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
• Contribute to business cases, budgets, and investment proposals.
