Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a senior executive project/ program manager to lead strategic transformation and delivery initiatives across NSW motorways. You will oversee planning, development and end-to-end delivery of complex projects and programs, balancing governance, risk, budget and stakeholder expectations.

You will guide and mentor delivery staff, manage external vendors and drive continuous improvement to achieve tangible business outcomes for a large, dynamic organisation.

Qualifications

• You are a highly capable and delivery-focused project or program manager with extensive experience leading and delivering complex projects within large and dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development and delivery of complex projects and programs delivering tangible business outcomes.
• Manage end-to-end delivery across scope, schedule, budget, risk and quality objectives.
• Provide guidance, coaching and mentoring to delivery resources and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee governance, reporting, commercial and compliance requirements and vendor performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful outcomes for customers and the organisation.
