Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a Project Manager in a leadership and capability development portfolio based at Macquarie Park, NSW. You will coordinate planning, delivery, and governance of multiple projects to support people, performance and culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, program delivery, process improvement or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills and proactive approach.
• Ability to work with data, systems and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver a diverse portfolio of leadership and capability development projects.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, milestones, risks and reporting.
• Drive project governance with clear progress reporting and insights for decision-making.
